    Oh! The photograph of Suchet suddenly brought to mind one very minor way Suchet did not match Agatha Christie's description of him. He didn't have GREEN EYES! Poirot's green eyes were referenced so often in the novels, but I put it out of my mind while watching the series... Thanks for the food for thought @GKCfan
