the ending of the cards on table

i wanted to know the ending of cards on table in it's real version ( the english version)  i already read it in arabic but i think the end is different because when i went once to the library i saw it in english and i open the last page of the book but i didn't find the same words meaning as the arabic version

 i want to know how does poirot reveals the truth behind the crime and how he proves that the Doctor is the murderer in the english version ?

    In the English version, Poirot hires an actor who pretends to be a window-washer who witnessed the murder of Mrs. Lorrimer.  The false statement prompts the killer to confess.
