Novel about Postpartum Depression

Hello folks,
I have been hitting my head against the wall (which is a crime story by itself!) about
an article I read during the early seventies. The article as I vaguely remember was
about a novel by Agatha (was it her or someone else?) which surrounded a murder
mystery that was later found to have been committed by a woman suffering from
postpartum depression. Has Agatha Christie ever written a novel about that subject?

There is also another possibility. Look at By the Pricking of My Thumbs. – there's a woman who goes insane after an abortion. It's not post-partum depression, but like taliavishay-arbel said, Crack'd is the other possibility.
