Tiny person in beginning of "Appointment with death" episode

Not sure if there are many easter eggs or mysteries in the Poirot series, but my wife and I were watching "Appointment with Death" and I noticed for a second or two, while the archeologist team is discovering a hole, tomb or something... As the sand is pouring into this hole, there is a tiny person sweeping - on top of some pottery?

    Oh my God, what a watchfulness. I have no idea. Maybe it's some kind of weird optical illusion? Something from the sweepings?

    Good catch!  I think that it might be an accidental look-alike, not like a "Hidden Mickey" in a Disney movie, but still, excellent observation!
