Trivia at end of dvd

At the end of my dvd there is a 4 question game. Does anyone know where to find the answer?

    @Tibbles, which DVD are you referring to here?  Some of the older Acorn Media DVD's for Poirot had trivia questions on the DVD's.  You'd answer questions, and if you got one wrong, you'd get a grumpy face from Poirot, so you'd have to go back and try again until you got the right answer, and Poirot would smile and say "The little grey cells are in the perfect working order!"

    I've seen the smiley/frowny face ones, pretty cute. In the Death in the Clouds by Acorn at the end it has a "trivia". But you have to go online to find the answers. I haven't found where that is on their website.

    @Tibbles, when was your DVD published?  Was it before 2006 or 2008?  I think that Acorn Media totally revamped their website around 2008, and that Trivia may have been lost. I couldn't find the link on the Internet Archive.  What were the questions?
