I am looking for a movie I saw several years ago. Help me remember the title!

Agatha Christie is having dinner with her editor and husband in her home.  She wants very much to kill off Poirot or to at least stop writing Poirot mysteries.  Her husband and editor are very much against her getting rid of the little man who is very popular.  She leaves the table and goes into her study.  Poirot visits her there and they have a long discussion.  What a great movie it was!  Help me remember the name!

    Yes, I believe P_Lombard is correct.  I had to buy an old VHS copy of it to see it– I don't know if it's been released in any other format.
